Founder, President and CFO
Colin was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia. The son of an Architect, Colin was introduced to the industry at a very young age. In 2010, Colin turned his vision into reality, creating Dooley Homes. In 2013, he decided to take on the challenge of moving his business to the United States, which began his journey with Dooley Homes. He purchased the land for what would become Skyline Terraces, his first and premiere project in the United States.
Chief Operating Officer
Jordan is originally from Phoenix, Arizona, where he began his journey in construction. In 2010, he relocated to Austin, Texas, where he worked for the largest single family home builder in America. In the fall of 2015, he relocated to Dallas to transition into multifamily development. He brings exceptional experience and field leadership to construction management for the Dooley Homes team.
Director of Acquisitions and Entitlements
Josh serves as the Director of Acquisitions and Entitlements for Dooley Homes, where he manages all pre-construction activities. He holds a dual Masters of Real Estate Development and Masters of Business Administration from W. P. Carey School of Business. Before Dooley Homes, Josh managed the Dallas / Fort Worth operations of one of the largest urban townhome developers in the country, where he grew the development pipeline from 300 units to more than 3,000 units.
Director of Investor Relations
Beck Beckham is the Director of Investor Relations for Dooley Homes. He received
his B.S. in Business Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and has over
19 years of experience in the commercial real estate space. He brings excellent leadership experience in sponsorship, management, sales, development, Commercial Mortgage Banking and Investment Banking to the Dooley Homes team. Beck is the former Director of National Sales for Land America Financial Services and has been involved in over $3 billion worth of transactions.
Director of Sales
Kristen is the Director of Sales at Dooley Homes. She started her career in new home sales in 2007 working for the largest privately owned builder in the nation. Throughout her sales career she has received many accolades that include Top Sales Person of the year for number of homes sold and highest closing volume along with many monthly top sales awards and customer satisfaction awards. She embraces every opportunity to meet new people and form lasting relationships. She can’t wait to share that feeling when handing you the keys to your new Dooley Home.
Director of Marketing
Charles is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and became a Dallas resident in 2013. He is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, where he graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Business Management. He relocated to Dallas after graduating became the Pro-Shop Director at Excite. He successfully helped in their re-branding and the launch of their current point of sale software and e-commerce website. Charles brings branding awareness and social media experience along with the coordination strategy of our realtors in all aspects of our marketing.
Bonnie is originally from Rusk, Texas and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
After she graduated from SHSU, she began working at Century 21 in Jacksonville, Texas
in the role of Director of Operations. In March 2019, she relocated to Dallas and began
working for Dooley Homes where she brings her experience to the team in the coordination of auditing, submitting and processing all aspects of subcontractor financials.
Director of Purchasing
Vil serves as the Director of Purchasing for Dooley Homes. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Development with a Field of Study in Construction Management. She is also a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a Masters of Business Administration. Before her time at Dooley Homes, she worked for various home builders and developers and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Adrian Avendano joined Dooley Homes as a Superintendent in 2019. He has previous experience in custom home renovations, has held a Superintendent role for a major home builder in the DFW metroplex, and also has 3 years of experience as a Field Manager for a multifamily developer specializing in townhome communities in various Dallas neighborhoods.
